Prime Minister receives Director General of Russia’s TASS News Agency (VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called for the active engagement of media agencies of Vietnam and Russia in the process of developing bilateral relationship and expanding their substantive and effective cooperation in all fields.
