Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of National Defence Nguyen Truong Thang said the deployment of Vietnamese officers to international missions underscores Vietnam’s credibility, responsibility, and active contribution to global peace and security.
Vietnam has deployed more than 1,300 military personnel to United Nations peacekeeping operations.
