Themed "Aspiration for the Blue Sea - The Radiant Great Forest", the festival will introduce the strengths, potentials and beauty of Gia Lai, contributing to the preservation and promotion of cultural values and tourism. There will be street performance “Colors of the sea”; coffee and gong culture festival of the Central Highlands; culinary events; display of traditional craft village products; and Binh Dinh martial arts performances.

Do Thi Dieu Hanh, Director of Gia Lai’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “Following the province’s merger and anticipating the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2), Gia Lai province wants to organize a special art program, connecting the culture of former Binh Dinh and former Gia Lai into the new Gia Lai. This event will bring excitement and motivate future development.”
