At the market, 100 poor households were able to select essential items, including rice, sugar, fish sauce, cooking oil, seasoning powder, soy sauce, eggs, and instant noodles.

The model has been maintained by Lai Hoa Border Guard Station since late 2023. It carries practical significance, particularly for disadvantaged Khmer ethnic minority families in the coastal border area.
