The Prime Minister emphasized Vietnam’s willingness to listen to, accept opinions, and resolve rational, appropriate proposals on the basis of international practices, compliance with laws and agreements between the two countries.
He also pointed out that the harmonization of interests between the parties must ensure that it does not affect Vietnam's international commitments, protects Vietnam's core interests, meets the requirements of maintaining independence, sovereignty and building an independent and self-reliant economy coupled with proactive, substantial and effective international integration.
