It will be broadcast live at 20:10 on VTV1, local television channels, and livestreamed on digital platforms.
The organizer says that all 30,000 tickets are free, each will have a K01 security stamp and will be distributed by online registration via the official fanpage and invitation tickets for agencies, mass organizations, social organizations, international organizations, and veteran associations.
The program is organized by the Party Central Committee’s Information, Education, and Mass Mobilization Commission, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People’s Committee, Vietnam Television, and Netmedia Joint Stock Company.
