(VOVworld) - Guinea-Bissau's Prime Minister Baciro Dja handed in his resignation on Wednesday after 20 days in the post and two days after appointing his cabinet.

The decision was made after the Supreme Court ruled that his appointment by President Jose Mario Vaz last month violated the national constitution.
Following a meeting with President Jose Mario Vaz, Dja told reporters that the president told him about the Supreme Court’s ruling and said he would resign.
