“Military units closely coordinate with localities and functional forces to strengthen legal education so that ship owners, captains, fishermen, and others can be well aware of properly implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws. We coordinate with the Border Guard and Coast Guard forces to put high-risk fishing vessels under strict and mandatory management, and not allow them to operate,” Senior Lieutenant General Ngoc said.
