The 26 trillion dong program aims to create 1 million rural jobs every year. After 3 years of implementation, the program has supported thousands of rural workers in agricultural production and husbandry vocational training. Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, Tran Duc Lai was speaking at the review workshop:“An army of workers have been trained over the past 3 years in both agricultural and non-agricultural careers. Initial report shows that we have met our annual targets.”

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social affairs aims to provide vocational training to 600,000 people in the countryside this year.
