Award winners are scientists and researchers under 35 years old, with outstanding achievements in the five fields of digital transformation and automation, medicine and pharmacy, new material technology, environment technology, and bio-technology. 

Each awardee received a 20 milion VND (790 USD) cash prize, the “Creative Youth” badge, a certificate, and the Golden Globe Trophy.

Winners are not only young scientists with outstanding achievements in their fields of study, but also symbols of Vietnamese youths’ determination, creativity, and aspirations to conquer new heights, said Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Chairman of Vietnam Students' Association.

The organizing committee also presented the 2024 Female Student Award in Science and Technology to 20 female students from universities and institutes across the country.
