Hang was speaking at a press conference in Hanoi on Thursday in response to a question regarding Vietnam’s reaction to the ceasefire agreement reached between Israel and Iran on June 24.

She emphasized that Vietnam supports efforts to promote negotiations and dialogue based on respect for national sovereignty and the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, with the aim of achieving lasting and sustainable peace in the region.
