The forum drew participants from government agencies, businesses, and universities in both countries. Attendees discussed receiving Singaporean workers to work in Vietnam and sending Vietnamese workers to work in Singapore.

Kim Ngoc Thanh Nga, Deputy Director of the National Innovation Center, said the program promotes high-quality human resources and expands career opportunities for talented personnel in key technology fields.

“The goal of the program is to establish, within three years, a standardized process for annually attracting 1,000 talented young people in each country to work in science and technology in the other country,” said Nga.
