In his opening speech at a seminar in Geneva on Monday, Chairman Man said “At the recent 9th session, the National Assembly issued a resolution dated June 27, 2025 on establishing an international financial center in Ho Chi Minh City and a branch in Da Nang City. The purpose of today's discussion is to learn from Switzerland's experience in managing and operating your financial center, which is very good and effective. I hope you will share it with Vietnam for development. Vietnam and Switzerland have a long-standing diplomatic relationship, and the two countries have increased investment promotion activities.”
