Chairman Man was speaking during a meeting with officials and staff of the Vietnamese delegation to the United Nations and international organizations in Geneva, the Vietnamese Embassy, and the Vietnamese diaspora in Switzerland on Sunday. Mr. Man arrived in Geneva earlier the same day to attend the 6th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament and conduct bilateral activities there.

"The Party and the State intend to offer special mechanisms for qualified overseas Vietnamese to return to Vietnam to work and live. There will be special mechanisms for naturalization, home ownership, income, and work environment to attract, employ, and retain leading scientists. Incentive policies and mechanisms are now in place for Vietnam to enter a new era, an era of national rise," said Mr Man.
