Senegalese National Assembly President Malick Ndiaye highlighted Vietnam’s rapid industrialization as a source of inspiration for many Global South nations.

Senegalese delegates emphasized their country’s strategic location in West Africa, its dynamic economy, and political stability, positioning Senegal as an emerging regional economic hub. They expressed strong interest in expanding cooperation with Vietnam in agriculture, fisheries, food processing, renewable energy, and IT.

Chairman Tran Thanh Man said the two legislatures should continue supporting Vietnamese enterprises seeking investment opportunities in Senegal.

“I also call on Vietnamese businesses to pay greater attention to Senegal’s potential. The Vietnamese National Assembly is committed to facilitating Senegalese businesses looking to invest in Vietnam across all sectors. I believe the cooperation agreements we have signed will soon yield concrete results,” he said.
