Price reaffirmed the US’s commitment to dialogue with North Korea. He said North Korea demonstrated its intentions when it announced programs to develop nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles. The US is concerned that Pyongyang may take further provocative actions, Price added.

The US and South Korea believe North Korea could conduct a nuclear test at any time.
