(VOVworld) – US President Barack Obama’s new plan to delay deportation of 4.7 million undocumented immigrants violates the US Constitution, said Judge Arthur Schwab of the Western District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday.

Obama’s recent executive actions affecting illegal immigrants were an attempt to do something about badly-needed reform in the US immigration system.
On November 20, despite Republican opposition for many years, Obama signed a decree allowing 4.7 million illegal immigrants to remain in the US. They are people who have been in the US for more than 5 years, have a child who has US citizenship, and are not facing any criminal charges. 270,000 people who came to the US as children will also not be deported.
