Addressing a meeting with the procuracy leaders on Wednesday on the draft project "Strategy to build and perfect the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam to 2030, with orientation to 2045", the President said these efforts must rely on selected learning of international experiences with socialist orientation in mind.

 "State of law building is a challenging task that must be done for national development, interests and people’s benefits. This should be reflected in research and practices by the People’s Procuracy," President Phuc said.
