Speaking at the third session of the steering committee for developing a strategy for building and perfecting Vietnam’s law-governed socialist state to 2030 with orientations to 2045 in Hanoi on Tuesday, President Phuc underscored the importance of ensuring the interests of the nation and people in building and perfecting a law-governed socialist state.

He said, “The key to making the strategy a success is the engagement of people in all walks of life. Therefore, the most important breakthrough in building a law-governed socialist state is to liberate human resources and bring these resources into full play to create the synergy needed for Vietnam and the Vietnamese people to become self-reliant and prosperous by 2045.”

President Phuc said the steering committee should acknowledge the aspirations of people from all walks of life and ensure their legitimate rights in accordance with the Constitution.
