Chairing a conference in Quang Nam province on Friday, President Phuc said the comments focus on desire to ensure the long-term development of the country, highlight the successes, advantages and disadvantages of building a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam, especially after 35 years of doi moi or renewal.

Many said  the project is well prepared on the basis of the Party's Platform and Resolutions on strengthening socialist democracy, controlling state power, boosting the Party’s leadership, and identifying the right focus of tasks and solutions to build a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.
