High on the agenda will be the Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises; the amended Law on Supervision Activities of the National Assembly and People's Council; the Law on the Digital Technology Industry; the amended Public Investment Law; and the amended Planning Law.

Deputies will comment on the Government's report on implementing the 2024 socio-economic development plan; the socio-economic development plan for 2025; the state budget for 2024; state budget estimates; and the central budget allocation plan for 2025. The Standing Committee will debate the draft resolution of the National Assembly on urban government organization in Hai Phong city.
