According to the schedule, a number of domestic and foreign cueists will compete until Wednesday to select outstanding athletes who will play at the two official championships.

The Peri ̣̣9-ball Open Championship is scheduled to take place from Thursday to next Tuesday at Peri Pool Arena. It will attract 128 cueists, including 64 top ranking players in the World Nine Ball Tour.

The winner will get 100,000 USD. Meanwhile, 256 players will participate in the Hanoi Open Championship from next Tuesday to next Sunday.

The winner will receive 200,000 USD and can compete at the Mosconi Cup 2023 in the UK from December 6 to December 9.

The two international billiards tournaments will be held for the first time in Vietnam by Matchroom, a world leader in hosting, promoting, and broadcasting nine-ball pool, Viet Content and Trading Joint Stock Company, and the Hanoi People's Committee.
