Five Vietnamese athletes compete at Asian Championship Breaking

(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam Recreational and Electronic Sport Association sent five athletes to compete at the Asian Championship Breaking of the World Dance Sport Federation (WDSF) in Hang Zhou, China on Saturday and Sunday.

They are three men athletes “Raw2” Ha Thanh Tung, “K6” Luc Do Tan Khoa, “Sailor D” Nguyen Thanh Dat and two women “Shun” Tran Huynh Nhu and “Tinie Rawk” Nguyen Thi Hong Tram.

The WDSF’s Asian Championship Breaking 2023 this year will see “combats” between 81 B-Boys and 49 B-Girls from 30 Asian countries and territories.

If the Vietnamese athletes win the tournament, they will have the opportunity to compete at the Olympic Paris 2024 in France.

At the Southeast Asian Games in 2023 (SEA Games 32), two Vietnamese athletes Tran Huynh Nhu (B-Girl “Shun”) and Nguyen Thi Hong Tram (B-Girl “Tinie Rawk”) won 1 gold and 1 silver medal.
