(VOVworld) – ASEAN members’ ambassadors to Ukraine met this week for an exchange hosted by the Vietnamese embassy in honor of the 45th founding anniversary of ASEAN. The ASEAN ambassadors praised Vietnam for its contributions to building a strong, united community during the country’s 17-year membership. ASEAN, which has been assuming a steadily greater role in the region and the world, remains a pillar in Vietnam’s own strategy of regional and global integration.
