(VOVworld) - The European Union will fund 114 million euros to support Vietnam’s health policies. Ten northern and central highlands provinces will benefit from a project to help them increase health insurance coverage, improve local clinic capacity and quality of care as well as policy making by 2020. The first phase of this project ended in 2013 with 39.5 million euros disbursed.
