The Rector of Ban Luoc Nursery School in the northern mountainous district of Hoang Su Phi, Nguyen Thi Thanh Hue, was honored on this occasion: “I am moved to see my colleagues in this celebration. I am proud of my career and will continue to try my best to do my job. All teachers in my school are female and they have to travel roads with hilly and stream challenges to go to school without any single day off from work.”
