She said Vietnam achieved impressive economic results in 2025, with GDP growth of 8.02%, despite a slow global economic recovery and low growth in many major economies. International organizations and investors increasingly see Vietnam as a bright spot in the global growth picture. The Party's steadfast, decisive leadership and strategic vision have made Vietnam a leading nation in digital transformation and infrastructure development, and a reliable economic partner.
Dr. Scagliotti said Vietnam's foreign policy is based on consistent and effective people-to-people diplomacy and multilateralism, contributing to the development of a broad, stable, balanced network of partnerships.
This enables Vietnam to flexibly address foreign affairs challenges in a volatile international environment.
