The National Assembly has approved a policy of waiving all tuition fees from preschool to high school starting from the 2025-2026 school year. A program to eliminate people’s temporary and dilapidated is being implemented.

Sharing voters' concerns on the legislative function of the National Assembly, Chairman Man stressed on removing institutional bottlenecks to create momentum for development. “Deputies must be subject to the supervision of voters and the people based on actual results. That motivates deputies to be more decisive and responsible. The National Assembly is the highest state power agency, but that power originates from the people and must serve the people," Mr. Man said.
"On behalf of the five candidates running for National Assembly deputies in constituency number 12, if voters trust us, we will act on the basis of the committed program, regularly report and explain to the voters, and put the interests of the voters and the people above all else in every decision. The voters' trust is not just support, but a responsibility entrusted to us to perform better and more effectively.”
