In Quang Ninh province, one of northern Vietnam’s leading tourist destinations, the local tourism sector is gearing up to accommodate the holiday crowds.
Nguyen Thuy Yen, Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, said: “Quang Ninh is organizing a special music event, and is working closely with travel agencies and tourism businesses to design attractive promotional packages and high-value combos to enhance visitors’ experience.”
In Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other localities, celebrations will include art performances, fireworks, and discounts on travel and food.
Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association, said: “Hanoi is working hard to ensure security and traffic safety during this peak travel season. We’re also introducing new tourism products and unique culinary experiences.”
Vietnam’s tourism industry has prepared infrastructure, services, and cultural entertainment activities to give tourists a memorable experience.
