Themed “Cultural tourism”, the fair opened Thursday at the Cultural Friendship Palace in Hanoi. Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Pham Van Thuy said VITM Hanoi will introduce more than 10,000 tours and tourism products to visitors.
"This is a great opportunity to introduce tourists to Vietnam's cultural heritage. By exploiting those cultural heritages, we can create new tourism products and promote Vietnamese culture to domestic and foreign visitors," he said.
The fair will run until Sunday with many tourism products and incentives being offered to visitors.
