(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) on Wednesday unveiled the 'Go Global' Program for 2026–2035,” which aims to become a launchpad for Vietnamese enterprises to foster growth and international integration, strengthen Vietnam’s presence abroad, and enhance the private sector’s role as an economic driver.

The 'Go Global' Program was introduced at a trade promotion conference as part of the 2025 Autumn Fair at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Hanoi.

The program will help businesses transition from being “participants” to “key players” in the global value chains, said Mai Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Director of the MoIT’s Department of Planning, Finance and Enterprise Management.
"Vietnamese enterprises must master global expansion strategies, develop comprehensively, and expand into new goods and service markets, while strengthening their presence in key markets through investment, services, and branding. Businesses must develop a modern, transparent corporate structure that aligns with international financial standards. These measures will help develop capable entrepreneurs who can quickly adapt to changes globally," Hien added.
At the event, the Ministry of Industry and Trade gathered feedback and proposals on policies and support for businesses, trade–investment trends, and best practices to foster business connectivity in current markets.
