With the vision to 2050, Binh Duong province aims to become a modern, sustainable industrial and service urban center and a locomotive of national economic development with industry, services, and innovation being the main growth drivers.
Prime Minister Chinh said the province should take the pioneer role in three areas: “The province should pioneer in economic connectivity between regions and nations by establishing green and digital transport with Cambodia, the Central Highlands through Binh Phuoc province, the Southwest through Ho Chi Minh city, and Long Thanh International Airport and Cai Mep-Thi Vai Port. Second is to pioneer in developing digital economy, green economy, circular economy, sharing economy, and night economy. And the last is to pioneer in building new generation industrial parks, focusing on innovation, science and technology application, and new generation industrial parks which are green, digital, high-tech, and smart, and promote startups and high-quality human resources.”

The Prime Minister emphasized that the Vietnamese government is committed to ensure the legitimate and legal rights and interests of enterprises, create conditions for domestic and foreign enterprises and investors to operate stably and in the long-term in Vietnam, and to help businesses improve investment, business environment, and competition.
Also on Thursday Mr. Chinh inspected the construction of the Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh expressway project and visited the Electric Energy Show 2024 and the Automation World Vietnam 2024 in Binh Duong.
