On the first-instance judgment on marriage and family No. 27/2024/DS-ST, dated December 5, 2024, the Court decided:

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri is ordered to pay Mrs. Doan Thi Hong Tham the amount of 621,716,000 VND (Six hundred twenty-one million seven hundred sixteen thousand dong).

From the date the judgment creditor files a request for enforcement until enforcement is completed, the judgment debtor must also pay interest on the outstanding amount at the rate specified in Clause 2, Article 468 of the Civil Code 2015.

The land parcel No. 15, map sheet No. 46, with an area of 1,841m² located in Thanh Quoi Hamlet, Thanh Duc Commune, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province, is assigned to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh for management in accordance with the request of Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri.

Mr. Tri must pay 31,085,800 VND (Thirty-one million eighty-five thousand eight hundred dong) as first-instance civil court fees.

As Mr. Tri was absent, he has the right to appeal within 01 month from the date of receipt of the judgment or the date of publication.

If Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri appeals, the appeal petition must be sent to the People’s Court of Vinh Long Province, Vietnam (Address: No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A Hamlet, Phuoc Hau Ward, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam).

If after 01 month from the date of publication Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri does not file an appeal, the judgment shall take legal effect.
