The People’s Court of Da Nang city will hold the first-instance hearing of the family and marriage case at 9 a.m. (Vietnam time) on November 24, 2025 at the Family and Juvenile Courtroom – 2nd Floor, 374 Nui Thanh street, Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang city, Vietnam.

If Mr. Nicholas James Keegan fails to appear at the above-mentioned time and venue, the People’s Court of Da Nang city will proceed with the hearing in his absence in accordance with the law.
