The first-instance hearing of the case will take place at 8 a.m. (Vietnam time) on November 21, 2025, at the headquarters of the Da Nang city People’s Court, No. 374 Nui Thanh Street, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

Mr. Scheffler Lloyd Harvey is requested to be present at the above-mentioned time and location to participate in the court hearing.

Should Mr. Scheffler Lloyd Harvey fail to appear, the People’s Court of Da Nang City will proceed to adjudicate the case in his absence, in accordance with Vietnamese law.
