They are outstanding Youth Union cadres in studying, social works, and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style.

Nguyen Van Thuan, Secretary of Yen Su hamlet’s Youth Union in Yen Mo district, Ninh Binh province, said: “Young people in rural areas often work far from home, which makes it difficult to carry out the Youth Union activities. The local Youth Union Executive Board has encouraged its members to participate in youth activities at their universities or place of work. We also engage them in local activities when they return home for the holidays.”

Secretary of Hanoi’s Youth Union Nguyen Ngoc Viet said that in upholding President Ho Chi Minh’s teaching, young people nationwide have always been pioneers in military, economic, political, and cultural movements.
