Archer Do Thi Anh Nguyet will join in the women's single string archery qualifying round at 9:30 a.m. (local time) and archer Le Quoc Phong will compete in the men's single string archery qualifying round at 2:15 p.m. (local time).

Members of the Vietnam Sports Delegation, including Head of Delegation Dang Ha Viet, arrived in France on Wednesday afternoon. As planned, they will attend the Olympic Opening Ceremony with 10 members, including six athletes.

Badminton player Le Duc Phat and cyclist Nguyen Thi That will be the two flag bearers for Vietnam at the opening ceremony, which will take place at 0:30 on Saturday, July 27, (Hanoi time), on the Seine River, Paris, France.
