Themed “Friendship cooperation and links for development”, the fair is an opportunity to boost the traditional relationship between the two countries, said Ho Quang Huy, Chairman of the Mong Cai municipal People’s Committee.
“The fair offers a venue for businesses from both sides to find partners for joint venture and partnerships to expand markets,” said Huy.
