The plan will strive to attain a processed seafood production growth rate of at least 6% annually by 2030, and an average export value proportion of at least 40%. Over 70% of processing establishments for aquatic products export will have production technology and competence of medium to advanced level or higher.
The next goal is to establish a number of modern seafood processing enterprises with economic potential and management on a world-class level. The seafood processing value is set to contribute to a 14-16 billion USD value of seafood export turnover.
