The anti-dumping duty for Vinh Hoan JSC and Nam Viet JSC is 0 USD per kg, while the rate for other Vietnamese producers and exporters remains at 2.39 USD per kg.
The DOC is now carrying out its 17th period of review. Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade is working closely with the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers, Vietnamese exporters, and the US to ensure Vietnam’s legitimate rights and interests.
