Vietnam rejects Amnesty International’s claims

(VOVWORLD) - Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang rejected the latest claim by Amnesty International that social platforms like Facebook have become tools for the repression of free expression in Vietnam. She was speaking at a regular press conference in Hanoi on Thursday.

Vietnam welcomes and creates optimal conditions for foreign firms to invest and do business in Vietnam in line with its development priorities and supports information technology in line with domestic law, Hang said.
