President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan said that foreign NGOs’ experiences and human resources contribution have supported Vietnam’s implement action of its socio-economic development strategies. For the last five years, NGOs have funded Vietnam with 300 million USD a year. The 45 organizations honored at the ceremony are outstanding ones in the community of 493 foreign NGOs in Vietnam. Of these, 14 have been in Vietnam for more than 30 years.
