Thanh made the call at a workshop on forging alliances between the Association and foreign non-governmental organisations (NGOs) held in Hanoi on Tuesday.

Le Tuyet Nhung from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids, and Social Affairs said that the Government always creates favourable conditions for those organisations to implement their important work in Vietnam.
