Vietnam now has 181 Michelin-listed restaurants

(VOVWORLD) - The MICHELIN Group on Thursday unveiled its list of 181 dining establishments featured in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, further cementing Vietnam’s status as a global culinary destination.

This year, 9 restaurants received a one-star rating, 63 Bib Gourmand establishments were honored for their exceptional quality at a reasonable price, and 109 MICHELIN Selected places were singled out for the high standard of their cuisine.

The 2025 Young Chef Award has been bestowed on Chef Le Viet Hong of the new one-star restaurant CieL in HCMC. The Sommelier Award went to Paul Vo of Nephele in HCMC, a first-time MICHELIN Selected place.  The Service Award went to Nha Huynh of Man Moi, a Bib Gourmand restaurant in Thu Duc city.
