(VOVworld) – Mongolia treasures the expansion of ties with Southeast Asian countries in its multilateral diplomatic policy and believes that Vietnam will be a helpful bridge for such relationship.
At a press meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday to announce Mongolia's hosting of the 11th ASEM in JUly, 2015, Mongolian Ambassador to Vietnam D.Enkhbat said two-way trade between Vietnam and Mongolia hit 28 million USD last year.Vietnamese companies have invested in more than 160 projects in Mongolia.
Enkhbat said he hoped for more bilateral trade-economic activities and cultural exchanges between young generations.
