The Plan is to build an effective mechanism in Vietnam against money laundering, terrorism financing, and financing weapons of mass destruction to fulfill Vietnam’s responsibility as a member of the Asia Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG).

The plan protects the economic interests of Vietnam and its organizations and citizens and fights corruption, money laundering, terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction by fine-tuning the legal framework on terrorism financing and WMD financing.
