Venezuelan Vice President Jorge Arreaza affirmed that imperialists and the opposition inside and outside the country couldn’t do anything to impede the victory of Venezuela. Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez spoke highly of Panama and Ecuador’s first being elected to this organization, saying this is the opportunity for Latin American countries to raise their voices and tell the truth about regional human right issues to the world.
