He was accompanied by several leading US business figures, including tech entrepreneur Elon Musk.
Upon arrival, President Trump held talks with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. According to regional media, the talks were focused on economic, energy, and defense cooperation.
During the meeting, the two sides signed a strategic economic cooperation agreement covering multiple sectors such as energy, defense, and mining.
According to the White House, Saudi Arabia committed to investing 600 billion USD in the US, including an arms deal valued at 142 billion USD, the largest in the history of US-Saudi relations.
After Saudi Arabia, President Trump is scheduled to visit Qatar on Wednesday and the UAE on Thursday. He may travel to Turkey on Thursday if direct peace talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky take place there.
