After the New Year holiday, tourists flocked to Da Lat city and other destinations in Lam Dong province. The provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is scheduled to organize the 2nd Tourism Week from April 23rd to May 1st. At the event VinaSing Group plans to hold the International Balloon-Paragliding Festival at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat city.
Phu Yen province reports that it received 95,000 tourists on five days of the Lunar New Year, which was twice last year’s number. The province expects to attract 2.4 million tourists this year, including 15,000 foreign tourists, to earn revenue of 130 million USD.
