Chairman Man emphasized that, if elected, the candidates would maintain close and regular contact with voters, listen attentively to their aspirations, and promptly convey their views to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant authorities.

He noted that the National Assembly has adopted a range of special mechanisms and policies to create greater room for breakthrough development, while the HCM City Party Congress Resolution has set out 12 key tasks and solutions, creating conditions for the city to lead the nation in education, healthcare, and human resource development.
